Teenagers of this age range begin solidifying their identities by making their own choices in everyday life.
As they do so, we want to be there to give them a safe, supportive place to take proactive ownership of their lives and learning, make thoughtful decisions, and build the strength to stand firm in their values and faith.
We use open conversation, role-play, and hands-on community projects to teach practical skills.
Students learn to protect their minds, make thoughtful decisions, and lead from compassion. Teachers use clear Dharma lessons to get at the heart of challenging topics and resolve them with ease, showing how to apply Buddhist wisdom into everyday action. Practicing mindfulness gives teenagers tools to handle peer pressure, set and follow personal goals, and take on responsibilities, preparing them to lead by example with compassion and integrity.
