We are a community of volunteer teachers, teaching assistants, and staff who are inspired by the Dharma and care deeply about children and families.
Behind every lesson, activity, and moment of guidance, our team stands together, committed to helping the program thrive with compassion.
Guided by the Three Acts of Goodness—do good deeds, speak good words, think good thoughts—we model kindness, altruism, and steady guidance so that every child feels seen, safe, and supported.
* Staff complete onboarding and follow clear community guidelines. Training covers child safety and conduct, classroom routines, mandated-reporter awareness, and CPR/First Aid.
